Acetylcholinesterase activity in defined brain regions was determined using biochemical and histochemical methods 30 min after treating rats with sarin, soman or VX (0.5*LD50). Enzyme inhibition was detected in various extent. Histochemical and biochemical results correlated well. Aktivita acetylcholinesterázy v jádrech mozku byla stanovována biochemickou a histochemickou metodou 30 minut po podání 0,5 LD50 sarinu, somanu, nebo VX laboratorním potkanům. V různé míře byla sledována inhibice enzymu, přičemž histochemické i biochemické výsledky dobře korelovaly.
