Cílem studie je určit množství glykovaných proteinů a produktů pokročilé glykace (AGE) v homogenátech oční čočky postižené katarakty u pacientů po fakoemulsifikaci a poté definovat jednoduchý in vitro proteinový model glykoxidace. Na základě fluorescenčních dat in vivo a in vitro glykoxidovaných proteinů jsme potvrdili vyšší stupeň poškození čoček AGE produkty u diabetiků ve srovnání s nediabetiky. V in vitro pokusu jsme prokázali jsme stejné fluorescenční spektra u aminotransferas inkubovaných dlouhodobě v prostředí s nadbytkem D-fruktosy. The purpose of our study was to determine the amount of glycated proteins and advanced glycation and products (AGE) om cataractous lens homogenates of patients who underwent phacoemulsification , and to define a simple in vitro protein model glycation.Our data:i) support the concept of glycation-glycoxidation pathway appearing in diabetes patients;ii)form a base for determination of the efficiency of various antioxidative compounds in vitro.
