New hydrophobicity constants pí based on experimental results from RP-HPLC study were derived. These constants are markedly different from tabulated constants pí valid for benzene rings. It can be used in estimating physicochemical properties of new bioogically active pyrazines. Metodou vysokoúčinné kapalinové chromatografie na reverzních fázích byly experimentálně odvozeny výrazně odlišné konstanty pí oproti dosavadním tabelizovaným hodnotám. To může být dále využito ve výzkumu biologické aktivity pyrazinových derivátů. New hydrophobicity constants pí based on experimental results from RP-HPLC study were derived.
