Several confusing labels of gluten-free food and common food have been found and later discussed among FRIP, celiac societies and Czech Agrucultural and Food Inspection Authority. Many topics relating to food allergens labelling, that is obligatory from November 2005 for all food products, are still unclear and confusing for many producers and consumers. A short contribution shows only a few examples. Příspěvek seznamuje odbornou veřejnost s problémy, které mohou nastat s novými pravidly označování potravin podle Vyhlášky č.113/2005 Sb., která vychází z legislativy EU a týká se především povinné deklarace přítomnosti alergenních složek v potravinách.
