The aim of study was to determine the dependence of microclimatic values on the milking parlours design and layout (milking parlours built as independent structures - group A, others - group B). Air temperature, air humidity and air flow velocity were measured. A slower decrease of inside temperatures in milking parlours in Group A was found particularly when the outside temperature dropped below the freezing point. Milking parlours of Group A maintained their higher humidity even when humidity levels outside were decreasing. Any functional dependence of air flow velocities in the milking parlour and air flow velocities outside was not determined. Hence, the outside walls of milking parlours were a sufficient protection against high velocities of the outside air. Cílem této práce bylo stanovit závislost mikroklimatických hodnot na řešení a konstrukci dojíren (dojírny skupiny A – samostatné stavby, skupiny B – ostatní). Byla měřena teplota, vlhkost a rychlost proudění vzduchu. V dojírnách skupiny A byl zjištěn pomalejší pokles vnějších teplot, zvláště když venkovní teplota poklesla pod bod mrazu. V dojírnách skupiny A se udržela vyšší vlhkost dokonce i tehdy, když se venkovní vlhkost snižovala. Funkční závislost rychlosti proudění vzduchu v dojírně a rychlosti proudění vzduchu v okolí nebyla zjištěna. Venkovní stěny dojíren byly tudíž dostatečnou ochranou proti vysokým rychlostem proudění venkovního vzduchu.
