In our field experiments different methods of stand establishment were used: a) classic technology with ploughing, b) sowing into shallow tilled soil and c) direct drilling into no-tilled soil. We found out that before direct drilling into no-tilled soil higher amount of the fungi of the genus Fusarium and higher amount of phytopathogenic fungi (Drechslera sp.) was detected.
