It was proposed a set of aquatic and terrestric tests for evaluation of waste ecotoxicity. In the set there are included following tests: inhibition of the mobility of Daphnia magna, freshwater algal growth inhibition with Desmodesmus subspicatus, the inhibitory effect on the light emission of luminescent bacteria Vibrio fischeri, inhibition of reproduction of Collembola Folsomia candida and of annelids Enchytraeus crypticus, inhibition of root growth of lettuce Lactuca sativa. Waste pre-treatment, water extract and artifitial soil preparation are performed in accordance with recommendations in ČSN EN 14735.
