The influence of temperatures in the 500 °C -800 °C range at three air flow rates on the release of the main toxicants during burning of plastics was investigated. A DIN 53 436 tube furnace was used as the fire model. The measured data show that variable condition strongly affect the evolution of the main toxicants.
