Cílem projektu je objasnit vliv osmoticky aktivních roztoků na na úroveň dehydratace a podíl mrznutelné vody, a vliv těchto parametrů na vitalitu rostlin vinné révy po kryoprezervaci. Aim of this project is to increase knowledge about cryopreservation of grapevine. Effect of osmotic treatment on growth and acclimation of explants to osmotic stress will be studied in selected genotypes. Effect of dehydration on plant recovery will be evaluated in both acclimated and control plants. Changes in thermal characteristic in grapevine shoot tips under osmotic stress will be studied. Effect of osmotic treatment, dehydration and thermal characteristic on explants recovery after cryopreservation will be concluded.
