The project aims at provisioning a ubiguitou s wireless solution to reach bit rates higher than 100Mb ps with peak throughputs higher than 1Gb ps, based on Reconfigurable OFDMA Cooperative Networks enabled by agile spectrum use (ROCKET). While increasing peak reates is a natural must-do for new standards, providing homogeneous high rate coverage is equally inportant as it guarantees a constant a constant user experience over the whole served area and is the key enabler to a higher average spectral efficiency of the system. Those goals are inline with the IMT-Advanced requirements described in [ITU-RM1645]and match the requirements of the IEEE 802.16 Task Group m (TGm) for Advanced Air Interface. Hodnocení výsledků řešení ministerstvo neprovádí, neboť podmínkou podpory je, že uchazeč byl vybrán mezinárodním poskytovatelem v souladu s pravidly příslušného programu. Projekt je hodnocen až po jeho schválení mezinárodním poskytovatelem. Following the condition that the candidate of financial contribution was evaluated and afterwards selected by international provider in accordance with the rules of the program the Ministry of Education, Youth ans Sports does not realize the evaluation of project results. The project is evaluated only after its approval by an international provider.
