Budou navrženy a ověřeny (validovány) progresivní analytické postupy vhodné pro sledování prioritních organických kontaminantů, zejména reziduí moderních pesticidů, polycyklických aromatických uhlovodíků, esterů ftalové kyseliny aj. v potravinách a zemědělských produktech. Při výběru technik (superkritická fluidní extrakce, extrakce na pevnou fázi apod.) bude přihlédnuto nejenom k ekonomickým ukazatelům a technickým možnostem realizátorů ale též k potřebě harmonizace vyšetřovacích postupů s postupy užívanými v zemích evropského společenství. Cílem je zavést do praxe takové metody, které budou v plném souladu s požadavky (standardy) EU a umožní mezinárodní uznávání výsledků našich zkušebních laboratoří a certifikátů. The goal of the project is to develop and to validate advanced analytical methods suitable for determination of residues of organic contaminants in food raw materials and final products. The main groups of target analytes are represented by residues of polar (modern) pesticides, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and esters of phthalic acid. As to the analytical techniques, attention will be focused especially on supercritical fluid extraction, solid phase extraction and/or two-dimensional gas chromatography. Economic parameters as well as the available technical basis of users (i.e. control laboratories of Ministry of Agriculture) will be taken into account. The need of harmonisation of the developed procedures with methods that are being used in the countries of European Community is considered as well.
