dcterms:description
Charakterizace expresních profilů genů metabolismu sacharidů a jejich možných epigenetických změn za podmínek stresu, porovnání reakce kontrastních genotypů a výběr potenciálních markerů. New information on plant reaction under stress condition, increasing knowledge on regulative network resulting in higher or lower sensitivity to changing environmental conditions may lead to the development of cultivated species genotypes that will provide stable anf high quality parameters of plant production. Currently several mechanisms that underly such phenotypes, namely in model plant Arabidopsis thaliana. Other plant e.g. monocotyledonous species are not so extensively characrised, reaction of different genotypes locally adopted are not exactly described. Such knowledge is important namely for breeding of economically important species. Characterisation of genes function underlying enzymes of saccharide metabolism under stres condition and their possible epigenetic changes (namely methylations) in leaves and crowns is the main aim of the project. It would be possible to compare regulations and linked to signalling pathways in different barley genotypes previously characterised in field a
