Projekt se zaměří na deskripci a objasnění sociálně-ekonomických dimenzí postavení venkovské ženy produktivního věku, s akcentem na specifické charakteristiky postavení ženy zaměstnané v zemědělství. Sociální postavení žen bude sledováno v souvislosti sezměnami ekonomických, majetkoprávních a podnikatelských vztahů na venkově, vč. specifických projevů jejich transformace v odvětví zemědělství. Reprezentativní empirický výzkum bude proveden na výběrovém souboru 25OO respondentů za použití kombinovaných metod a technik sociologického a psychologického výzkumu. Přínos řešení lze spatřovat v rovině celospolečenské (poznatková východiska tvorby opatření na podporu uchování a rozvoje venkova), v rovině strukturálních politik státu (východiska konkrétních opatření strukturálních politik) a ve využití poznatkové báze pro komparace na mezinárodní úrovni. The project will concentrate on the description and explanation of social and economic dimensions of the position of country woman of productive age, with the accent to the specific characteristics of the position of women working in agriculture. The social position of the women is going to be reflected in relation to the changes of economic, of property rights and enterprise relations in the country, including specific features of their transformation in the agricultural area. The representative experienced research will be realized on selective sample of 2 500 respondents with the use of combined methods and techniques of sociological and psychological research. The contribution of the solution can be seen in the nation-wide area ( knowledge sources for forming steps supporting preservation and development of the country ), at the area of structural state policy ( the recourses for particular steps of structural politics ) and in using the knowledge basis for comparison on the international level.
