Internacionalizace malých a středních firem je významným a nezanedbatelným procesem, který do značné míry ovlivňuje a čím dál tím více bude ovlivňovat budoucí ekonomický vývoj. MSP každoročně zvyšují svůj podíl na exportu a stále aktivnějším způsobem vystupují jako vývozci kapitálu a organizátoři mezinárodních hospodářských kooperací. Internacionalizace nabízí firmám větší možnosti přístupu ke kapitálu. Předpokladem využití těchto možnost je zajímavá tržní příležitost a odpovídající výkonnost firmy, měřena zpravidla schopnosti tvořit hodnotu pro vlastníky. Ani v zahraniční, ani v domácí literatuře neexistuje ucelený přehled tohoto procesu. Cílem tohoto projektu je zareagovat na danou situaci a pokusit se zmapovat tento proces v jeho statice i dynamičnosti a vytvořit, tak teoretickou základnu pro zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti našich firem na globálních trzích. Intelnationalization of small and middle-sized companies is an important and indispensable process, which in the large scale influences and will even more influence the future economic development. Small and middle-sized companies annually increase theirexport share and more and more actively act as the exporters of capital and organizators of international business co-operations. Intemationalization offers to companies broader access to the capital. Pre-requisite for the use of these possibilities is an interesting market opportunity and corresponding performance of the company, usually measured by the ability to form value for the owners. Neither abroad nor at home does there exist any summarized survey of this process. The aim of this project is toreact to the given situation and to try to map this process with both its static and dynamic features and to form theoretical basis for the increase of competitiveness of our companies in the global markets.
