The project solves the creation of the terminology for the field of the machining and assembly. The prominent specialists of the workplaces of the universities will make up the terminology. The terminology will be issued as the special book in the presumed volume from 300 to 350 pages. The disunity of the terminology is the reason of the execution in present, the problems arise at the study of a special literature, at the teaching and in the production owing to heterogeneity of the interpretation of the number of terms. The terminology will be created also in English, the terms translation will be discussed with the foreign workplaces. The time plan of the creation of the terminology takes a demand factor of the project into consideration and proposes its creation in the course of three years. The work team of the terminology creation already was set up and there was the work opened. Projekt se zabývá vytvořením terminologie pro oblast obrábění a montáže předními odborníky z pracovišť strojírenské technologie vysokých škol. Terminologie bude vydána jako publikace v předpokládaném rozsahu 300 až 350 stran. Důvodem zpracování terminologie je její nejednotnost, případně úplná absence v některých oblastech (montáže), v současné době. Následně vznikají problémy při studiu odborné literatury, při výuce a ve výrobě, právě nejednotností výkladu řady pojmů.. Časový plán zpracování terminologie zohledňuje náročnost projektu, kdy musí být vytvořeny a prodiskutovány chybějící terminologické pojmy. Terminologie bude vytvořena ekvivalentně v angličtině, kdy bude překlad pojmů diskutován přímo se zahraničními pracovišti. Z uvedeného důvodu navrhuje zpracování v průběhu tří roků. Pracovní skupina pro tvorbu terminologie byla již vytvořena a zahájila práci.
