| - Cílem je vyvinutí nových přístupů ke stanovení expozice z vnitřního ozáření zahrnujících aplikaci nových modelů, sestavených na základě doporučení ICRP č.60, zejména plicního modelu podle Publikace ICRP č.66 a dalších modelů pro věkovou závislost do praxe a to zejména převzetím modelů hotových (pokud existují) ze zahraničních pracovišť a doplněním o aplikace pro potřeby v našich podmínkách. Součástí úkolu je využití případů s vnitřní kontaminací dlouhodobými radionuklidy pro zjišťování parametrů do biokinetických modelů pro dané radionuklidy. Pro studium těchto případů zavést adekvátní metodiky měření in vivo, distribuce radionuklidu v organismu a metody exkreční analýzy.Pro měření in vivo zavést použití nových fyzikálních a počítačových kalibračních fantomů.
- Aim of the research is development of the new approaches to the exposure from internal irradiation which involves application of new models based on the Recommendation of ICRP No 60 parameters, esp. on the new lung modelfrom Publication ICRP No 66 andother models for the age dependence and adaptation for local purposes. The models (when existing) will be purchased; in other cases they will be modified on the literature basis and adaptedfor the local conditions. Part of the reasearch is a study of tthe old cases of internal contamination with long- lived radionuclides for the obtaining of new data for biokinetic models. Introduction of adequate methods of measurement in vivo,of the distribution of radionuclides in vivo and for bioassay is necessarry stepin the research study. For measurements in vivo, use of new phantoms - both physical and computational ones will be introduced. (en)
