| - Navržený VZ je dlouhodobým plánem výzkumu chemických kateder PřF UK v oblasti přípravy nových materiálů a postupů pro ekologicky nezávadné technicky vyspělé aplikace. V rámci VZ plánujeme: (a) vyvíjení syntetických postupů šetrných k životnímu prostředí a přípravu nových sloučenin, (b) vypracování citlivých analytických metod jejich charakterizace a (c) studium komplexu vztahů mezi strukturou a funkcí připravených systémů. Nový VZ navazuje na dva v minulosti úspěšně řešené VZ, zabývá se však novou ýzkumnou tématikou na kvalitativně vyšší úrovni, odpovídající současnému stavu poznání a směřuje ke konkrétním aplikačním výstupům. Navržená tématika, zahrnující studium multifunkčních nanomateriálů, vývoj a studium funkce protinádorových léčiv atd.
- The submitted RP is a long-term research project of Chemistry Departments of the Faculty of Science of CU in the field of design and optimization of new materials and procedures and environment-friendly research-based applications. We plan (a) elaboration of environment-friendly synthetic procedures and preparation of new compounds, (b) design of new analytical tools for their characterization and (c) study of the relationship between the structure and function of prepared systems. Although the new RP is a continuation of two previous RPs, new topics (often priorities of the 6.th EU FP, e.g., multifunctional nanomaterials, function of new cancerostatics, etc.) will be solved at a qualitatively higher level corresponding to the present level of knowledge. The new RP follows the up-to-date world trends of chemical research and corresponds to long-term plans of the Faculty of Science and is suitable for engagement of students and a broad international cooperation.
