- Předmětem výzkumné činnosti je rozvoj, integrace, správa a bezpečnost KIS, modernizace vojenských mobilních komunikačních systémů, jejich bezpečnosti, průzkumu a rušení. Principy a algoritmy pro analogové, číslicové a hybridní zpracování signálů.Metody aalgoritmy modelování, analýzy, počítačové simulace a optimalizace těchto systémů. Studium polarizačních a spektrálních vlastností speciálních optických vláken. Výzkum spektrálních vlastností zdrojů a detektorů pro aplikace vojenského průzkumu.Studium proostředků optického průzkumu s aktivním ozařováním cíle i pasivních senzorů. Zlepšování parametrů mobilních zdrojů elektrické energie. Analýza metod kódování a algoritmizace procesů, analýza kódování přenášených videosignálů.
