Description	The paper deals with the measurement of the trust and the reputation between members of clusters and purchasing alliances, the reputation of clusters members and purchasing central in the case of purchasing alliances. The methodology will be used in the next part of the research for examination of the relationship between: the trust of clusters members and the performance of the firms that are joined to the clusters, the reputation of partners in clusters and performance of the firms that are joined to the clusters, the trust between members of purchasing alliances and performance of the firms that are joined to the purchasing alliances and the reputation of purchasing centrals and performance of the firms that are joined to the purchasing alliances. This article is a part of the results of the project no. 402/09/2057 „Measurement and management of the intangible assets impact on enterprise performance“ financed by Czech Science Foundation. (en) Příspěvek se zabývá měřením důvěry mezi členy klastrů a nákupních aliancí, pověstí členů klastru a nákupních centrál nákupních aliancí. Metodika bude využita v další části výzkumu k posouzení vztahu mezi: důvěrou členů klastrů a výkonností firem zapojených do klastrových iniciativ, pověstí partnerů v klastrech a výkonností firem zapojených do klastrových iniciativ, důvěrou mezi členy nákupních aliancí a výkonností firem zapojených do nákupních aliancí a pověstí nákupních centrál a výkonností firem zapojených do nákupních aliancí. Tento článek je součástí výsledků projektu č. 402/09/2057 „Měření a řízení dopadu nehmotných aktiv na výkonnost podniku“ financovaného Grantovou agenturou České republiky. Příspěvek se zabývá měřením důvěry mezi členy klastrů a nákupních aliancí, pověstí členů klastru a nákupních centrál nákupních aliancí. Metodika bude využita v další části výzkumu k posouzení vztahu mezi: důvěrou členů klastrů a výkonností firem zapojených do klastrových iniciativ, pověstí partnerů v klastrech a výkonností firem zapojených do klastrových iniciativ, důvěrou mezi členy nákupních aliancí a výkonností firem zapojených do nákupních aliancí a pověstí nákupních centrál a výkonností firem zapojených do nákupních aliancí.
