Description
  • Magnetic nanoparticles on the base of Fe3O4 were synthesised via microwave solvothermal method under different reaction conditions. Synthesised particles were characterised in terms of their structure (XRD, TEM), magnetic properties and their specific absorption rate (SAR) in external magnetic field of given frequency and intensity. Magnetisation curves of all samples have similar character with low hysteresis losses. The SAR values registered make it an interesting material to be employed in magnetic mediated hyperthermia.
