Description	The main objective of the research was to compare the level of application of knowledge of Corporate Governance of members of Corporate Governance bodies (including management board and supervisory board) of multinational organizations and Czech organizations doing business in the Czech Republic. The theoretical basis, we define the individual level of knowledge in the area of Corporate Governance. For data collection, we use the method of questionnaire survey. The results were statistically evaluated. Based on the results of the research we have made recommendations to organizations operating in the Czech Republic. Just sharing knowledge multinational organizations in Corporate Governance may be one way to increase the level of competitiveness of all types of businesses in the Czech Republic.
