Description
  • A heating plant transfers heat into an agglomeration due to hot water with variable temperature and variable flow. The agglomeration works as a cooler and returns cooled water in dependence on current weather. Returned water temperature is affected by a transmission delay which is a function of the flow and geographical position. In addition a total heat consummation of the agglomeration is influenced by many sociological factors that often cannot be enumerated. These conditions make a prediction of the returned water temperature very difficult. This article explores possibility of a feed forward artificial neural network (ANN) usage for the returned water prediction and interface simulation between particular agglomeration of Most and United Energy heating plant in Komorany.
