| Description
| - Čistá klihovka je hlavní surovinou pro výrobu obalů uzenin. Klihovka je cenným vedlejším produktem vznikajícím během zpracování surové kůže na useň. Aby mohla být dále zpracovávána, je nezbytné z klihovky odstranit hydroxid vápenatý. Příspěvek se zabývá využitím různých odvápňovacích chemikálií, které jsou hodnoceny z hlediska ochrany životního prostředí. Dále je prezentován matematický popis odvápňovacího procesu založený na modelu nezreagovaného jádra. Bylo nalezeno numerické řešení předloženého modelu, popsána koncentrační pole reagujících látek a sledován posun acidobazického rozhraní ve vnitřním objemu klihovky. Experimentální část příspěvku zahrnuje stanovení příslušných difúzních koeficientů. Pro zpracování experimentálních dat byly využity některé zjednodušené kvantitativní vztahy. Tyto vztahy byly ověřeny srovnáním s numerickým řešením celého modelu. (cs)
- Pure calcimine is the main raw material for sausage casings production. Calcimine is a valuable by-product originating during the processing of cured hide into leather. For further usage, it is necessary to remove calcium hydroxide from calcimine. In this article, we discuss the usage of various deliming agents and evaluate them with respect to environment protection. Further, mathematical description of the deliming process is presented, which is based on the non-reacted nucleus approach. Numerical solution of the model is found, concentration fields of the reacting chemicals described and the evolution of the acido-basic boundary inside the calcimine shown. Experimental determination of the respective diffusion coefficients is also included. For experimental data processing, some simplified quantitative relations are exploited. These relations are justified by comparing them to the numerical solution of the full model.
