  • Příspěvek se zabývá vlivem vybraných prvků organizační kultury na sdílení tacitních znalostí. Byl sepsán na základě poznatků z literatury a výsledků výzkumu realizovaného autorkou. Nejlepším motivem pro sdílení znalostí jsou dobré mezilidské vztahy. Organizace by měly umožňovat pracovníkům neformálně se setkávat, diskutovat a předávat tímto způsobem své znalosti. Manažeři nesmí zapomínat na skutečnost, že jsou pro své podřízené vzorem chování. Pokud chtějí, aby jejich podřízení sdíleli své znalosti, musí jít příkladem. (cs)
  • The article deals with the influence of some elements of organizational culture on tacit knowledge sharing. It was written on the basis of piece of knowledge gained from a literary background research and results of a research that was realized by the authoress. The best motive for knowledge sharing is good interpersonal relationships. Organizations should provide situations in which workers can meet informally, discuss, and hand on their knowledge in this way. Managers mustn?t forget at the fact they are a model of behaviour for their subordinates. If they want their subordinates to share their knowledge, they must lead by example.
