  • Konkurenční prostředí snižuje ochotu znalostních pracovníků sdílet znalosti. Hodnota těchto pracovníků pro organizace totiž spočívá v tom, že je o nich známo, jakými myšlenkami, radami, znalostmi a zkušenostmi pomohli svým kolegům nebo své organizaci při řešení problémů. Pokud však sdílí znalosti, ztrácí postupně svou hodnotu. Jejich spolupracovníci se totiž od nich učí a získávají jejich znalosti. Navíc existuje riziko, že spolupracovníci přidají k znalostem pracovníků své vlastní a tak se stanou pro organizaci užitečnějšími a potřebnějšími než znalostní pracovníci samotní. Nicméně, důvody pro sdílení znalostí existují ? tj. reciprocita, reputace a altruismus. Navíc, organizace může podpořit sdílení znalostí nalezením určitých stimulujících prvků pro znalostní pracovníky tak, aby sdílení znalostí bylo pro ně přínosem. Tento příspěvek se zabývá důvody pro sdílení znalostí a s možnými stimuly a prostředky pro toto sdílení. V první části autoři definují pojmy znalosti a znalostní pracovník. Ve druhé čá (cs)
  • Competitive environment lowers knowledge workers´ will to share their knowledge. These workers´ values for organizations namely consist in it is known about them, what ideas, counsels, knowledge and experience they helped their colleagues or their organizations at problem solving. If, however, they share knowledge, they lose their value step by step. Their collaborators learn namely from them and acquire their knowledge. In addition, there is a risk that the collaborators add to this workers´ knowledge their personal one and so they become for the organization more useful and needed, than the knowledge workers are themselves. Nevertheless, reasons for knowledge sharing exist ? e.g. reciprocity, reputation or altruism. In addition, the organization can support knowledge sharing by finding some stimulative elements for knowledge workers such that knowledge sharing was contribution for them.
