  • As a strategic business partner, human resource [HR] can have a powerful impact on a company?s operational and financial outcomes by leading a cultural transformation. Strategic HR means accepting the HR functions as a strategic partner in the formulation of the company?s strategies as well as in the implementation of those strategies through HR activities such as recruiting, selecting, training and rewarding personnel [1], to improve business performances and develop organizational culture that foster innovation and flexibility. In a growing number of organizations human resources are now viewed as a source of competitive advantage [1]. There is a greater recognition that distinctive competencies are obtained through highly developed employees skills, distinctive organizational cultures, management processes and systems.

  • Jako strategický partner, lidských zdrojů [HR] může mít silný dopad na společnost, provozní a finanční výsledky předních kulturní transformace. Strategické HR znamená akceptovat HR funkce jako strategický partner v formulace strategie společnosti, jakož i při provádění těchto strategií prostřednictvím personální činnosti, jako je nábor, výběr, školení a odměňování zaměstnanců [1], s cílem zlepšit podnikatelské výkonnosti a rozvoji organizační kultury, které podporují inovace a flexibility. V rostoucím počtu organizací, lidské zdroje jsou v současné době vnímána jako zdroj konkurenční výhody [1].
