| - In this work, the static magnetic properties and the frequency dependence of complex permeability (magnetic spectra) of a series of PMCs in relation to the composition and the microstructure of the composites are presented. It is shown that the saturation magnetization in the composites increases with increasing filler concentration approximately on the logarithmic law. The saturation magnetization of highly filled composites one and a half times lower than that of bulk ferromagnetics due to the influence of demagnetizing factor of ferromagnetic particles. In contrast to the magnetostatic properties, dynamic magnetic properties (the frequency dependence of complex permeability) of PMCs considerably differ from those of the bulk ferromagnets. The principal feature of magnetic spectra of composites is a significant decrease in at low frequencies (1MHz-100 MHz) and a shift of permeability dispersion to higher frequencies (100 MHz-10 GHz) compared with a bulk ferromagnet
