  • Abstract ? PP/clay nanocomposites, contained two different types of commercial fillers, were prepared at different conditions of preparation. Concentration of filler was different too. Prepared nanocomposites were obtained by X-ray diffraction which was supported transmission electron microscopy. The change of mechanical properties on according to condition of preparation was tested by mechanical testing. X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy obtained that the intercalation of both types of fillers was not perfect because nanocomposites contained agglomerate. However, mechanical properties were higher than properties of the virgin polypropylene

  • PP/jíl nanokompozity, obsahující dva různé typy komerčních plniv, byly připraveny při různých podmínkách přípravy. Koncentrace plniva byla rozdílná. Připravené nanokompozity byly zkoumány pomocí RTG, které bylo podpořeno transmisní elektronovou mikroskopií. Změna mechanických vlastností v závislosti na podmínkách přípravy byla testována mechanickými zkouškami. RTG záznam a transmisní elektronová mikroskopie ukázaly, že interkalace obou typů plniva nebyla dobrá, protože nanokompozity obsahovaly aglomeráty. Nicméně, mechanické vlastnosti byly vyšší než vlastnosti čistého polypropylenu. (cs)
