Description
  • Elastomer composites filled with various types of carbonyl iron powders (CIP) were prepared. Magnetic and dielectric spectra of these materials were studied in the frequency range 1 MHz-10GHz with the goal to investigate the influence of chemical composition, microstructure, shape and size of carbonyl iron particles on the electromagnetic properties of composites. Comparative analysis of electtromagnetic properties of CIP educed the main influence of microstructure and shape of CIP particles on the absolute values and dispersion of complex permeability and permittivity. From practical viewpoint, it is important that by selecting of CIP types in the composites, specifically size, form and microsturture of particles, one can control absolute values of electromagnetic parameters within certain limits and furthermore regulate dispersion of complex permeability.

  • Elastomerní kompozity plněné různými typy prášků karbonilového železa (CIP) byly připraveny. Magnetická a dielektrická spektra těchto materiálů byla studovány ve frekvenčním rozsahu 1 MHz-10 GHz s cílem prozkoumat vliv chemického složení, mikrostruktury, tvaru a velikosti CIP částic na elektromagnetické vlastnosti kompozitů. Srovnávací analýza elektromagnetických vlastností karbonilových prášků poukázala na hlavní vliv mikrostruktury a tvaru CIP částic na absolutní hodnoty a disperzi komplexní permeability a permitivity. Z praktického hlediska, je důležitý výběr typu CIP částic pro kompozit, speciálně velikost, tvar a mikrostruktura částic, která může kontrolovat absolutní hodnotu elektromagnetických parametrů s určitým limitem a tak regulovat disperzi komplexní permeability.
