  • Cílem práce bylo zhodnotit vliv modifikovaného montmorillonitu (MMT) na stabilitu PVC fólií s 10 hm% jílu v biotickém prostředí. Jako polymerní matrice byl použit měkčený PVC (interkalární činidlo: dioktylftalát - DOP) a plnivem byl CLOISITE 30B, kvartérní amoniovou solí komerčně modifikovaný montmorillonit. Biologická stabilita fólií PVC a PVC/MMT byla sledována v aerobním vodném prostředí. Na základě výsledků (cca 35 dnů testu) může být konstatováno, že sledování stability polymeru v biotickém prostředí je z hlediska aplikace polymeru nezbytně nutné. (cs)
  • The objective of this work was to assess the influence of modified montmorillonite (MMT, dosage of clay 10%mass) on stability of PVC films in a biotic environment. Plasticised PVC (intercalary agent: dioctyl phthalate - DOP) was employed with filler CLOISITE 30B (montmorillonite commercially modified with quaternary ammonium salt). Biological stability of PVC and PVC/MMT films was studied in an aerobic aqueous environment, which was inoculated by means of activated sludge from the municipal wastewater treatment plant. From results so far (approx. 35 days of testing) ensues the usefulness of the adopted procedure for observing polymer stability in a biotic environment.
