  • V této práci byl prezentován vliv různého klimatického prostředí na zvukové a vibrační vlstnosti, stejně jako na mechanickou pevnost polyuretanů, které se používají v automobilovém a leteckém průmyslu. Byl diskutován vliv různé teploty a vlhkosti na komplexní modul pružnosti, útlum, činitel pohltivosti zvuku, tepelnou stabilitu a vybrané mevhanické vlastnosti (tvrdost, deformace, pevnost v taku, modulu pružnosti aj.) v závislosti na frekvenci. Bylo zjištěno, že konečné fyzikálně-chemické parametry jsou velmi závislé na danýc klimatických podmínkách. Pro akustická měření bylo použito zařízení firmy Bruel and Kjaer (kundtova trubice, vibrátor a analyzátor signálu). Tepelná stabilita ve vzduchu a dusíku byla stanovena na DTG 60/60H, Shimadzu, mechanické vlastnosti na trhacím zařízení Instron. (cs)
  • Effect of the different climate environments on the sound and vibration damping properties as well as on mechanical strength of PUR based foams used both in automotive and aerospace industries was presented. Influence of the different temperature and humidity conditions on frequency dependence of complex modulus of elasticity, damping, sound absorption coefficient, theral stability and selected mechanical characteristics (hardness, deromability, tensile strangth, Young´s modulus etc.) were discussed. It was found that the latter physico-chemical parameters are strongly dependent on applied climate conditions. For acoustic measurements were used Bruel and Kjaer measuring setups (kund´s tube, vibrator and signal analyzer). Thermal stability both in air as well as nitrogen atmospheres was determined on DTG 60/60H, Shimadzu, mechanical proparties on tensile test machine Instron.
