  • V článku byla studována ER účinnost (poměr viskozity v elektrickém poli a viskozity bez pole) suspenzí polyanilínu v silikonovém oleji. Závislost účinnosti na objemovém zlomku suspendovaných částic vykazuje maximum, ve kterém je ER výkon suspenze optimální. Rovněž byl studován vliv koncentrace částic a teploty na výsledný ER efekt. Výsledky ukázaly, že pro dosažení maximální ER účinnosti je třeba optimální koncentrace částic. Teplota ovlivňuje ER účinnost její mírou a polohou maxima. (cs)
  • The ER efficiency (ratio of low-shear electroviscosity to field-off viscosity) of polyaniline suspensions in silicone oil is investigated. A simple reasoning reveals that the dependence of the efficiency on the volume fraction of suspended particles has a maximum, where the ER performance of the suspension is optimal. In the research the dependence of the ER effect on the particle concentration and temperatures has been studied. The results demonstrate that for obtaining maximum ER efficiency, a certain #optimum# particle concentration is required. Temperature affects the ER efficiency in two aspects # the level and location of the maximum.
