Description
  • V tejto štúdii sme pripravili emulzné nanovlákna a koaxiálne nanovlákna z PCL obsahujúce rastové faktory a hyaluronan sodný (HA). Hodnotili sme ich účinok na rast a diferenciáciu mezenchymálnych kmeňových buniek (MSC). Nové emulzné nanovlákna z PCL a hyaluronanu sodného sú vhodným systémom pre dodávanie bioaktívnych látok v tkanivovom inžinierstve.
  • In this study we prepared emulsion nanofibers and coaxially from PCL nanofibers containing growth factors, and sodium hyaluronate (HA). We evaluated their effect on the growth and differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells (MSC). New emulsion nanofibers of PCL and sodium hyaluronate are suitable system for delivery of bioactive drug in tissue engineering. (en)
