Silicon photomultipliers are novel photosensors with high gain and low noise. Their advantage is very low bias voltage (about 30 V), size and magnetic field indifference. For spectroscopic measurements each element of the array has to be evaluated and equlized. Furthremore new type of current bias is tested.
