  • Chemical injection of masonry belongs to a very often used method for creation of supplementary water-proofing of historical masonry. This branch is under a pressure because of a performance speed with a maximal efficiency like all branches of construction industry. Current norms and standards enable both pressure and non-pressure injection. It can be spoken about comparable methods from the point of view of efficiency or can be expected different effects? There was performed a pilot experiment on model masonry piers at the Klokner institute. This article summarizes results of that experiment.
