Description
  • Structural reliability considering a combination of stationary and ergodic renewal processes with intermittencies is analyzed using the outcrossing approach. Load combination is described by coincidence probabilities and newly introduced conditional coincidence probabilities. It is shown that the currently avail-able upper bound Pf,U(t1,t2) may fail to provide an upper estimate of the failure probability Pf(t1,t2) and its improvement is thus needed. Based on the conditional coincidence probabilities and U+, the improved upper bound Pf,UI(t1,t2) is consequently proposed. Since time-invariant reliability methods can be directly applied to evaluate Pf,UI(t1,t2), the computational time required is significantly reduced. Numerical examples indicate that the bound Pf,UI(t1,t2) well corresponds to the Monte Carlo results.

  • Prostřednictvím analýzy překročení (outcrossing approach) je proveden rozbor spolehlivosti stavebních konstrukcí s uvážením kombinace stacionárních a ergodických přerušovaných obnovovaných procesů. Jsou zavedeny nové podmíněné koincidenční pravděpodobnosti pro popis kombinace zatěžovacích procesů. Je odvozena nová horní mez pro pravděpodobnost poruchy Pf,UI(t1,t2), jejíž platnost je ilustrována numerickým porovnáním s výsledky simulací Monte Carlo. (cs)
