Description	Two different table-top XUV sources for soft x-ray microscopy have developed. The first one is based on laser-produced plasma (LPP) from gas target and the second one is capillary pinching discharge in capillary filed by nitrogen (DPP). Both sources emit strong spectral line corresponding to quantum transition 1s2p–>1s2 of helium like nitrogen at the wavelength l= 2.88 nm.
