Description	Nozokomiálním nákazám je věnována zasloužená pozornost, stále totiž představují vážný hygienicko-epidemiologický, etický, právní, ekonomický, ošetřovatelský a medicínský problém. Hlavní metodou práce jsme zvolili strukturované, skryté pozorování. Druhou použitou metodou průzkumu je komparace a obsahová analýza dokumentů řešících problematiku nozokomialních nákaz ve vybraném zdravotnickém zařízení. Nosocomial infections is given deserved attention, they still represent a serious hygienic-epidemiological, ethical, legal, economic, medical and nursing problem. The theis was to chceck the status of implementation of recommendations arising from previous investigations and their effectiveness in practice. We chose a structured, hidden observation as the main method of the thesis. The second method used is the comparison of survey and content analysis of documents addressing the issue of nosocomial infections in the selected health care facility. (en)
