Description
  • A set of method for volume reconstruction of confocal data is described. The sets consists of specimen preparation and image acquisition, vertical stitching of neighbouring overlapping fields of view, horizontal linking of volumes using elastic registration, image enhancement and visualization. We demonstrate the methods by reconstruction of the middle part of a 17-day-old laboratory rat embryo.
