  • Studie se zabývá pokroky v udržování spontánní ventilace u pacientů napojených na vysokofrekvenční umělý plicní ventilátor. Nejprve je definována struktura Demand Flow systému, následně je popsán algoritmus jeho řízení a konečně je popsána animální studie dokládající účinnost systému při redukci dechové práce pacientů.   • The study deals with advances in design and evaluation of the Demand Flow System - the system for support and maintenance of the spontaneous breathing in patients connected to and ventilated by a high-frequency oscillatory ventilator. First, the structure of the measuring system for work breathing evaluation of the Demand Flow System is described. Then, description of the algorithm for work of breathing calculation and the system evaluation is described. Finally, results of bench tests documenting the device performance and presented.
