  • Cérem dopované tenké krystalické vrstvy YAG, např. připravené metodou epitaxe z kapalné fáze, se v dnešní době používají ve 2-D zobrazování s vysokým rozlišením. Pro tyto účely jsou třeba filmy tenké několik málo mikrometrů s co nejvyšším fotoelektronovým výtěžkem a rychlou odezvou. Kvůli malé tloušťce filmů je nezbytné budit scintilační odezvu částicemi alfa. Pro změření této odezvy byl použit hybridní fotonásobič. Cílem této studie bylo srovnání vzorků připravených z růyných druhů fluxů, jmenovitě založených na MoO3, BaO a PbO. Nejvyšší fotoelektronový výtěžek a zároveň nejrychlejší odezvu měly vzorky z BaO fluxu. (cs)

Highest photoelectron yield of films, fast response and few micrometers thin films are necessary for this application. Due to small thickness of films, alpha particles must be used for scintillation response excitation. Hybrid photomultiplier was used for measurement of this response. The aim of this study was a comparison of scintillation LPE films prepared using different type of fluxes, namely MoO3-, Bao-, and PbO-based flux. Highest photoelectron yield was measured with samples prepared using BaO-based flux. These samples were also the fastest.
