  • Byl sestaven MCNP model Leksellova Gama nože s homogenním polystyrénovým fantomem a vypočteny modelové parametry radiačního pole. Vypočtené parametry byly porovnány s výsledky studií s využitím programů EGS4 a PENELOPE a s plánovacím systémem Gama nože Leksell GammaPlan. Model popisuje všech 201 radiačních svazků. Pro všechny rozměry kolimátorů byly vypočteny výstupní faktory pro různé rozměry skórovacích objemů, relativní distribuce dávky v základních rovinách včetně lineárních dávkových profilů, integrální dávky v různých objemech a diferenciální dávkové histogramy. Model může být použit pro nezávislé ověření vlastností radiačních polí Leksellova Gama nože. (cs)
  • Radiation field parameters of Gamma Knife with a homogenous polystyrene phantom were calculated using MCNP code. Calculated parameters were compared with other studies based on EGS4 and PENELOPE code as well as the Leksell Gamma Knife treatment planning system. Model describes all 201 radiation beams. Output factors for various sizes of scoring volumes, relative dose distributions along basic planes including linear dose profiles, integral doses in various volumes, and differential dose volume histograms were calculated for all collimator sizes. Model can be used for independent verification of the Leksell Gamma Knife radiation field properties.
