  • Publikace obsahuje výzkum v oblasti použití 2um Tm:YAP laserového záření pro možnost řezání tkáně močovodu. Sestavený diodově čerpaný Tm:YAP laser pracoval jak v pulsním tak kontinuálním režimu. Generované záření na vlnové délce 1980 nm bylo fokusováno na tkáň pomocí CaF2 čočky. Provedená perforace a řez tkáně močovodu byla analyzována optickým mikroskopem a také histologicky. Řez tkáně v kontinuálním režimu nevykazoval žádnou podstatnou karbonizaci. (cs)
  • The aim of the work was to investigate the possibility of ureter tissue incision with the 2-um Tm:YAP laser radiation. Diode-pumped Tm:YAP laser was constructed. The laser operated in pulsed as well as in continuous-wave regime. The generated radiation with the wavelength 1980 nm was focused by the CaF2 lens into the target tissue. The ureter tissue perforations and incisions (in vitro) were carried out and analyzed with the help of optical microscope and histological investigation. The tissue incision was performed in continuous-wave regime without any significant carbonization.
