  • Jako experimentální materiál byly použity dva typy slitin AlMgSi. První byla nová, bezolovnatá slitina AlMgSiSnBi a druhým typem obrobitelná slitina AlMg1SiPb. Cílem bylo zjistit, jakým způsobem ovlivní změna chemického složení a tedy i mikrostruktury únavové charakteristiky těchto slitin. Zkušební tělesa byla tepelně-mechanicky zpracována ve stavu T6. Únavové zkoušky byly provedeny jak na hladkých, tak na vrubovaných zkušebních tyčích. Následovala kvalitativní fraktografická analýza, pomocí řádkovací elektronové mikroskopie, která byla zaměřena především na popis charakteristických fraktografických znaků sledovaných slitin při daném tepelně-mechanickém zpracování. The aim was to find out how the modification of chemical composition and also microstructure affect the fatigue characteristics of these materials. The test specimens were thermomechanically treated at state T6. The fatigue tests were carried out on smooth and notched specimens. Qualitative fractographic analysis by means of scanning electron microscopy followed. It was focused, above all, on the description of characteristic fractographic marks of the investigated alloys at specific thermomechanical treatment.
