Description
| - Systematické studium fotoluminiscence a termoluminiscence nominálně čistých krystalů Sn2P2S6 bylo provedeno v široké teplotní oblasti od 12 do 360 K. Při excitaci monochromatickým světlem s vlnovou délkou kratší než 710 nm všechny zkoumané krystaly Sn2P2S6 vykazovaly při nízkých teplotách široký asymetrický emisní pás s maximem v blízkosti 725 nm při 12 K. Dominantní excitační pás s maximem v blízkosti 469 nm při 12 K se rozprostírá v okolí absorpční hrany krystalu Sn2P2S6. Při kontinuálním buzení monochromatickým světlem byly pozorovány změny intensity fotoluminiscence s dobou osvícení krystalů při 12 K. Následný ohřev krystalů nám umožnil pozorovat termoluminiscenci mezi 15 - 130 K, která je spektrálně velmi podobná fotoluminiscenci. (cs)
- A systematic study of photoluminescence and thermoluminescence of nominally pure Sn2P2S6 crystals was performed within a wide temperature region from 12 to 360 K. Under excitation with monochromatic light with the wavelength shorter then 710 nm at low temperatures, all the investigated Sn2P2S6 crystals showed a broad asymmetric emission band peaking near 725 nm at 12 K. The predominant photoluminescence excitation band peaking near 469 nm at 12 K extends in the vicinity of the absorption edge of the Sn2P2S6 crystal. At steady-state excitation with monochromatic light the changes of photoluminescence intensity were observed with time of crystal illumination at 12 K. Subsequent heating of the crystals allowed us to observe thermoluminescence, spectrally very similar to photoluminescence, within 15 - 130 K.
