  • Indium phosphide crystals have captured large attention because of thair increasing potencial in long-wavelength optoelectronic and high power and high speed electronics as well. The particular interest in thermoelectric properties of these crystals was the reason for Seebeck effect measurements. High resistivity samples of InP could be in our opinion used in gamma detectors.
