| Description
| - The economic transition of new states associating to European Union after the nineties brings the new approaches to transport-adopting of the Western Europe\'s approach, which creates the unsuitable transport patterns. The attention is aimed at factors influencing activities of transport: problem of energy, economic growth and financial questions of future development of transport system. Expanding development of road transport has brought high-enegy consumption, greenhouse pollution and traffic congestion. The contribution analyses the transport system from the viewpoint of two approaches: market with the competition and enterpreneurial activities and project of unique transport system integrating various transport modes. Market and unique traffic system approaches, creates the synergy effect of transportation system. The contribution discusses also financial and investment problem and integrates technical, economic and environmental elements of transport system.

- Ekonomické změny v nově připojených státech k EU přinášejí nové přístupy v dopravě-přejímání západních postupů, což vytváří nevhodné dopravní chování. Pozornost se věnuje faktorům ovlivňujícím dopravu: problém energií, ekonomický růst a finanční otázky rozvoje. Rozvoj silniční dopravy přináší zvýšení spotřeby energie, emise skleníkových plynů a kongesce. Příspěvek analyzuje dopravní systém z hlediska 2 přístupů: trh s konkurencí podnikatelů a projekt jednotného multimodálního dopravního systému. Oba přístupy mají synegický efekt na dopravní systém. Příspěvek se zabývá i finančními a investičními problémy a integruje technické, ekonomické a ekologické prvky dopravního systému. (cs)
