Description
  • Článek popisuje postup automatické tvorby konečněprvkových modelů voxel-based a volume-based metodou. Rekoustrukce na základě voxelů je přímá rekonstrukční metoda zkoumající hodnotu odstínu šedi všech pixelů datového souboru. Volume-based metoda je nepřímá rekonstkukční metoda. Prvnim krokem tvorby objemového modelu je segmentace tkáně. Dalšími kroky jsou nalezení kontur a definování povrchové plochy. Jsou zde srovnávány tři typy modelů: (i) kortikální model (ii) spongiokortikální model s homogenní trámčinou (iii) spongiokortikální model s heterogenní trámčinou. Výsledky analýzy napětí modelů jsou porovnány s výsledky zjištěnými experimentálně (cs)
  • Methods for fully-automatic generation of FE model are shortly discussed in the paper. There are two basic principles of reconstruction, voxel-based and volume-based methods. The voxel model generation is based on checking all pixel values and defining voxels by means of the selected pixels. Development of the volume model is usually divided into three procedures: tissue segmentation, contour model definition and surface area definition. Three FE models of femur were considered: (i) cortical model (ii) spongio-cortical model with homogeneous cancellous tissue (iii) spongio-cortical model with heterogeneous cancellous tissue. These models were compared in a simple stress analysis. FE analyses results of all these models are compared with results of experiments conducted using fresh cadaver femur and strain-gauge measurement.
