Description
  • We present a simple method which transforms evaluation problem into conceptual hardware and then to a SAT instance. The evaluation problem over digital circuit is formulated by predicates. These predicates can be further described by logic gates which represent the circuit structure called generalized miter. Then we review the class of dependable circuits studied and present their fault classification. We demonstrate application of the proposed method on this problem, discuss fault classification results for two different implementation technologies, and finally discuss possible applications in other fields of hardware design.
