Description
  • The objective of the paper is the formulation and solution of the frame packing and scheduling problem for the static segment with respect to AUTOSAR FlexRay COM stack. There are several other works on the static segment scheduling. The problem becomes more constrained since the offsets and deadlines of the signals are taken into account. While assuming offsets and deadlines to be multiples of the cycle length, a solution of the scheduling problem is based on decomposition to separate nodes. The article shows simple and efficient scheduling algorithm, its evaluation on benchmarks with up to 3000 signals per node and simple experiment on real FlexRay HW.
